The terrace with its heated pool and whirlpool invites to sunbathe, relax and enjoy cosy barbecue evenings. Stone and wooden floors dominate the living area. The storage areas in the bathrooms and kitchen are made of granite.
The villa is fully equipped with crockery, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer in each bathroom, American refrigerator with icemaker, washing machine, tumble dryer and more. There are 8 deck chairs, beach chairs and an XL stainless steel barbecue.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
