This exceptional villa received its name from one of the most incredible fish in the sea - a Marlin (Makaira Nigricans).
This swordfish holds the world record as the fastest ocean fish.
Your empty batteries that need a vacation will be recharged as fast as its name giving fish, through a stay in this awesome Villa Marlin.
Fitting its name, the Villa is located directly on the water on one of the many Channels of Cape Coral and looks straight onto the Florida Mangroves and with that the untouched Floridian plant- and wildlife.
The Outside of this home offers infinite possibilities to enjoy this amazing view to its full extents. The options reach from the spacious Infinity Pool with spa, various Seating and Sunchairs, a Lounge area arranged around a Table firepit, an outdoor TV, to a big outdoor kitchen which offers a BBQ grill, a gas stove a sink and a small bar with two barstools.
For the ultimate relaxation on the water this house also offers a Tikihut on the private dock and two Hammocks.

The living room offers a spacious sofa as well as a big TV, and the open modern kitchen surprises with its unique countertop with red color elements, with can be seen throughout the whole house. The kitchen as well as the spacious and comfy seating area both offer an amazing view onto the water and the Mangroves.
The Villa Marlin has three bedrooms on the ground level, one master and two further bedrooms all with king-sized beds. The bathroom offers access to the pool area. They all offer unique features and something for every guest. The first floor has another private Master bedroom. The Highlight of this bedroom is not only the privacy through its own level, but also the spectacular view right out of bed onto the Chanel and nature. Bothe Master bedrooms have a private en suite bathroom as well as a big bathrub and walk in raindrop shower. The bathroom on the top floor master even has a high tec self-cleaning toilet.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Vielen Dank, daß wir eine so schöne Zeit in der phantastischen Villa Marlin verbringen durften. Dsa Haus und der Pool ließen keine Wünsche übrig, so daß die Kinder am liebsten jeden Tag hier verbracht hätten.
